What we believe and do is based simply and directly on the Bible.

About Us

The Bible

The Bible is the Word of God. The people who wrote it were specially inspired by God, and it is completely reliable and true. It tells us all we ever need to know about God and how to please him.

Find Us

God

God is one God who has shown himself in three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. He is absolutely pure, just and loving. He has made all things and sustains them continually.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the only Son of God. He was a real, perfect man and at the same time fully God. When he gave his life, he died for our sins, and in the place of all who trust in him. He rose again from the dead to give new life to those same believers.

Mankind

We are all made by God in his likeness but have failed. We break God's laws and are selfish in our hearts. We deserve his punishment. We need to be reconciled to him. We cannot help or save ourselves.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit shows us what we are by nature through the Word of God, and that only Christ can save us. He gives us a new heart to be truly sorry for our sins, to trust Christ to save us, and to begin to love God and our neighbours as we should.

Community

The Holy Spirit then gives us strength to live lives that please God. This includes joining with other Christians in a local church to worship and serve God, and to share this good news with others.

The Return of Christ

Jesus Christ will return to judge all people, and take those who have trusted him on earth to be with him in heaven for ever.
